Who sells and ships the product
Global Spirits LLC produces and markets Puranique spirits. It is not the retail seller of the bottles sold through this Site.
Retail sales placed through this Site are fulfilled by licensed alcohol retailers on the LiquidRails network. The licensed retailer that accepts your order is the seller of record for that order and ships it under its own state licence. This is the standard arrangement for direct-to-consumer alcohol sales in the United States, where a brand may not normally ship directly to a consumer.

Alcohol licensing
Global Spirits LLC holds a Basic Permit issued by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).
Each retailer fulfilling an order holds the licence required by the state into which that order ships. We do not ship to Michigan, South Dakota, Alaska or Hawaii.
Age restriction
This Site sells alcoholic beverages and is intended only for people of legal drinking age, which is 21 in the United States. Age is confirmed on entry to the Site, again at checkout, and again by the carrier at delivery, who will ask for government-issued photo identification. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Trade marks and content
Puranique, Jus d'Manguier, Mangeaux and the Puranique marks are trade marks of Global Spirits LLC or its licensors. The text, photography, film and recipes on this Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the information on this Site correct and current. Vintages, blends, label designs and availability change, and tasting notes and awards describe the releases they were written for. If you find something on this Site that is wrong, please tell us at rp@globalspiritsusa.com and we will correct it.
