1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of puraniques.com (the "Site") and any order you place through it. The Site is operated by Global Spirits LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, trading as Puranique Brands ("Puranique", "we", "us").

Our spirits are produced at Vinet-Puranik Distillerie, 3 impasse Félix Chartier, 17520 Brie-sous-Archiac, France.

By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who sells the bottle

Global Spirits LLC produces and markets Puranique spirits and operates this Site. It is not the retail seller of the bottles you buy here.

In most of the United States a producer or brand may not ship spirits directly to a consumer. Retail orders placed through this Site are therefore fulfilled by licensed alcohol retailers on the LiquidRails network (each a "Retail Partner"). The Retail Partner that accepts your order is the seller of record for that order, sells the product under its own state licence, and ships it to you.

What that means in practice:

• Your contract of sale for the bottle is with the Retail Partner, not with Global Spirits LLC.
• The Retail Partner accepts or declines the order, collects applicable taxes, and ships it.
• These Terms govern your use of this Site and apply to your order alongside the Retail Partner's own terms. Where the two conflict on a matter of the sale itself, the Retail Partner's terms govern that matter.
• We remain responsible for this Site, for the product information published on it, and for the Puranique brand.

3. You must be of legal drinking age

The Site sells alcoholic beverages. You may not use it unless you are of legal drinking age in the place where you live.

In the United States that age is 21. Elsewhere it is the legal minimum where you reside, and where we do not have a figure on record we apply 21, being the highest in common use.

When you enter the Site you confirm your date of birth. When you place an order you represent, to us and to the Retail Partner, that:

• you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction;
• you are buying for personal consumption and not for resale;
• you are not purchasing on behalf of anyone under legal drinking age.

Any order may be refused or cancelled where there is reason to believe these representations are untrue.

4. Delivery and adult signature

All deliveries of alcohol require the signature of an adult of legal drinking age. The carrier, acting for the Retail Partner, will ask for government-issued photo identification. If no such person is available, the package will not be left.

Where a delivery cannot be completed because nobody eligible was present to sign, or because the identification presented was unacceptable, the order may be returned. Costs of a returned delivery in those circumstances may be deducted from any refund.

5. Where we ship

Orders placed through this Site ship to 46 US states and the District of Columbia.

We do not ship to: Michigan, South Dakota, Alaska and Hawaii.

This list reflects direct-to-consumer restrictions on spirits and may change. Orders to an excluded destination will not be accepted, and the Site will tell you before you reach payment.

We do not currently ship outside the United States through this Site.

6. Orders, pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Applicable excise and sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

Listing a product on this Site is an invitation to order, not an offer. A contract of sale is formed only when a Retail Partner accepts your order. An order may be declined, including where a product is unavailable, where the price or description was stated in error, where it cannot lawfully be shipped to your address, or where we or the Retail Partner believe it breaches these Terms.

We try to keep product information accurate. Vintages, blends and label designs change, and the bottle delivered may differ in minor respects from the photograph shown.

7. Purchases made through AI agents and automated assistants

Our catalogue can be discovered and transacted with by automated shopping agents acting on a buyer's behalf.

Where an order reaches us through such an agent, the person on whose behalf the agent acts is the buyer and is bound by these Terms, including every representation about legal drinking age in Section 3. A representation made by an agent is made on that person's behalf.

A sale of alcohol will not be completed where age has not been verified by a means we and the Retail Partner accept. Age verification is performed at checkout and again at the point of delivery, and neither step is waived because an order arrived through an automated agent rather than a browser.

Any order may be declined where it cannot be established that a real person of legal drinking age authorised it.

8. Returns and refunds

Alcohol is subject to restrictions that do not apply to ordinary goods. Returns are handled by the Retail Partner that sold and shipped your order, and under alcohol law a licensed retailer can generally accept the return only of defective goods.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out what can and cannot be accepted. In short: contact us about anything that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, and we will work with the Retail Partner to put it right.

9. Your account and marketing

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any account credentials secure.

If you join the VIP club you consent to receive marketing. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

10. Our content

Everything on the Site, including text, photography, film, recipes, the Puranique name and our marks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

You are welcome to make our cocktails at home and to share them.

11. Drinking responsibly

Puranique asks you to drink responsibly. Nothing on this Site is medical advice or a health claim. Alcohol is not suitable for everyone, including people who are pregnant, taking certain medication, or driving.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, the total liability of Global Spirits LLC arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these Terms affects any right you have against the Retail Partner that sold and shipped your order.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and the courts of the State of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect the terms on which a Retail Partner sells to you, which may be governed by the law of the state in which that retailer is licensed.
